It seems like a long time since we started work on planning the Carnival. We all met up late in 2009. From the start, there was a great team, open minded and determined to have a great event...

On Saturday 5th June 10 of our litter pick team cleared the village of 10 bags of litter. We were all very pleased to find that there was still not as much litter as there used to bel. Well done to all for leaving less litter.

Thank you to the team and also to those who collect litter as they walk around the village.

The next litter picks will be on Saturday 3rd July starting at 10.00 am at the Community Centre and Saturday 11th September.

New helpers are always welcome. We provide all the equipment needed.
