On Saturday 6th February 14 of our litter pick team cleared the village of 13 bags of litter. Having realised that there was a clash with people getting ready for the Methodist jumble sale I wasn't expecting much help and was delighted with the turn out.
Thank you to the team and also to the 4 people who because of the clash collected litter on the Friday and also to those who litter as they walk around the village.
The next litter picks will be on Saturday 13th March and Saturday 17th April starting at 10.00 am at the Community Centre.
New helpers are always welcome. We provide all the equipment needed.
