Kingsley Allotment Society was formed in 2009 as an off-shoot of Kingsley Transition Initiative as a means of turning some local farm land into 17 much needed plots for the people of Kingsley to grow on.

Planning permission for the allotments was granted in 2011 but with a number of conditions attached. The society has a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer who are all working hard to get the site up and running while dealing with the demands of the planning permission so that we can all start digging our plots.

The society now has its own web site with up to date news, information and events regarding the allotments.
